We had some great work in Guided Reading this week. There were some wonderful acrostic poems about Tutankhamun and some powerful letters home from the trenches of WW1.
After a few wifi problems I can finally post!
Our final couple of weeks before half-term were just as busy as every other week!
We enjoyed lots of Science experiments, looking at the processes of condensation and evaporation.
We have also been looking at measuring and calculating the area and perimeter of objects in our environment.
We also enjoyed a week full of Drama as learnt our scripts and acted out our plays.
In Maths we used our knowledge of partitioning and the grid method to create our own word problems.
In Literacy we have been debating whether or not Howard Carter should have opened the tomb of Tutankhamun. Some people are still undecided!
We also enjoyed a trip to Parmiter’s School to play some golf.
A very busy week!
